赤い看板の、玉名ラーメンの店
赤い看板に金色の「千龍」、のれんには「ラーメン」「ギョーザ」。玉名市高瀬の小さなお店で、昔ながらの玉名ラーメンをお出ししています。
玉名拉麺 千龍（センリュウ）は、熊本県玉名市高瀬にあるラーメン店です。二頭の龍を描いた赤い看板と、赤いテントの軒先が目印です。
お出ししているのは、昔ながらの玉名ラーメンです。豚骨のスープに、きくらげとチャーシュー、青ねぎ、海苔をのせています。どんぶりをお出しするときに「にんにくチップ入れますか？」とお声がけしますので、お好みでどうぞ。熊本県の観光サイト「くまもっとグルメ」でも、王道の玉名ラーメンとして紹介していただきました。
ラーメンのお供には、焼き目をつけたぎょうざを。山盛りのやきめしは数量限定で、販売する日はInstagram（@red_doragon）でお知らせしています。
2025年11月には、熊本市の花畑広場で開かれたラーメンフェスにも出店しました。お店ではテイクアウトも承っています。

Look for the red signboard with 千龍 in gold and the red noren reading ramen and gyoza. In our small shop in Takase, Tamana, we serve old-style Tamana ramen.
Tamana Ramen Senryu is a ramen shop in Takase, Tamana, Kumamoto. Look for the red signboard painted with two dragons above a red awning.
We serve old-style Tamana ramen: tonkotsu broth topped with kikurage mushroom, chashu pork, green onion and nori. When the bowl arrives we ask whether you would like garlic chips on top. Kumamoto's tourism site, Kumamotto Gourmet, has written about us as a classic Tamana ramen shop.
With your ramen, try our pan-fried gyoza. Our heaped yakimeshi is made in limited numbers, and we post the days it is on sale on Instagram (@red_doragon). In November 2025 we also had a stall at a ramen festival at Hanabata Square in Kumamoto City, and takeaway is available at the shop.
